Donna Carrazzone is a professionally trained Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, and Certified Advanced Holistic Nurse. As a highly sought-after energy worker, she invites her clients to have a more positive and enlightened perspective of their life through mindful living practices.

She is recognized for her presence of energy through private sessions and healing classes servicing clients nationally and internationally. Many clients have recurring sessions just for a “tune-up” of their energy through Donna’s presence.

About Donna Carrazzone: Her Story

Before her first panic attack in 1993, Donna had always led a stressful fast-pace life of “doing and going” resulting in much stress and anxiety. Donna then realized that she needed to make some lifestyle changes as her panic attacks were progressing and she was becoming acrophobic. It was at that time she sought help of a hypnotherapist; which had changed her life in more positive ways then she could ever imagine.

Donna realized that as her panic attacks started to diminish she could actually enjoy a life of ease and authenticity. She then started to explore other mind/body healing modalities and discovered the energy healing of Reiki. Embracing Hypnosis and Reiki had catapulted a life of mindful living—allowing her to have the tools in her tool box to be grounded in all that life has to offer.

As time moved on, Donna became a very successful Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator. She continued practicing Hypnosis and Reiki during that time, however, she always felt that she had a higher purpose in life and wanted to share her gifts of healing with others.

Donna has been able to share her gift of reducing stress and anxiety with others through mindful living with Reiki and Hypnosis. She has the gift of meeting each client where they are on their healing journey. Each session is customized to meet each individual client needs and goals.

Through her skills, Donna is able to support you with recognizing any stress and anxiety concerns that are blocking you from living the life that you deserve. As a victim of panic attacks, Donna is very passionate about helping and making the lives of people more joyful, peaceful, and mindful.
